・advocacy : public support for a course of action or way of doing things.

・glapple : to fight or struggle with someone, holding them tightly.

・census : an official process of counting a county’s population and finding out about the people.

・bureau : a government department or a part of a government department in the us.

・imperative : something that must be done urgently.

・be conducive to something : if a situation is conducive to something such as work, rest etc, it provides conditions that make it easy for you to work etc.

・context : the situation, events, or information that are related to something and thet help you to understand it.

・subsidize : if a government or organization subsidizes a company, activitiy etc, it pays part of its costs.

・causious : careful to avoid danger or risks.

・stimulus : something that hepls a process to develop more quickly or more strongly.
