8月の振り返りと9月の行動予定

早いようで、遅いようで、8月が終わる。
んでもって、遅いようで、早いようで、9月が来る。

今年から来年にかけては、この32年間の総知識と総経験を動員して、
ガッツリ人生を変えていく時期！

ということで、2011年の9月の行動予定はこれ。

【最近やったこと】

・DME：Stage8おわり。残るは、9,10,11,12。
・洋書：WORTH DYING FOR読破。
・日本語：課題の提出やった。
・健康：良性発作性頭位めまい症克服。
・Volunteer：釜石へ帰った。土産をたくさん買った。
・余暇：ネットの時間多かった→メインPC不調。高校野球見た。

【9月にやること】

・DME：Stage9終わらす。
・洋書：SEX AND THE CITY読破。
・日本語：一通り頭に入れる。過去問題一度は解く。
・健康：健康診断の再検査いく。護身術系探す。
・美容：髪切る。ボトックスする。
・Vlounteer：FOR 釜石。何かのイベント参加。
・余暇：ネットの時間減らす。ベイスタへ行く。英語ブログ。
・国際結婚：日本人妻の友達つくり。
・結婚準備：ともに生活する時間を増やす。
・仕事：春までがんばる。春以降も考える。

【雑感】良性発作性頭位めまい症

に襲われたので、一応記録しておこう。

2011年8月4日（木）。

朝、いつも通り目が覚め、頭を起こした途端、
グラグラグラっ！と激しい目眩に襲われた…。

おお！な・何が起こったんだ……？？

考える間もなく目眩は続く。

目眩に対抗し、朝ごはんをがっつり食べる。

が…。

全て口から外に出す…。。。。

もうどうしようもない。目眩が止まらない。

熱中症かとも思ったが、どうやらこれ、

良性発作性頭位めまい症

ってやつらしい。

三半規管の異常から突然起こる病気。

害はないってことで、よかった。

治療法　：　1～2週間でよくなります。慣れましょう。

↑　…っておいおい！！

4日経つけど、まだ慣れんわ。。。
